As demand for our dishes grew, we upgraded to a food truck, delighting even more customers with our signature dishes like Enchiladas Michoacanas and tacos estilo Mexicali. The challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic inspired us to expand further, leading to the opening of our cozy restaurant on 91st Avenue and Peoria.
